Our expert team are fully trained in medicines management and can support your loved one to the extent they require. This could range from just nipping to the pharmacy to collect prescriptions, through to prompting and administering medication.
We work with you and your loved one to create a care plan that suits their needs. This can be anywhere from 2 hours a week with a single carer, to 4 hours a day with two carers, or 24/7 support. We also continually review and update the care plan as needs change, so the number of hours we provide can flexibly move up and down too.

No, having a pet is not a problem. One of our team will meet your pet during your care assessment to find out how your pet responds to visitors.
Some of our team are afraid of, or allergic to, cats and dogs so it's good for us to know in advance what your pet is, so that we do not place a Care Assistant with you who has problems with animals.
Yes – we have an in-house mobility car which one of our team can use to take you out to appointments, shopping etc.
