Last Thursday, 16th October, we had the pleasure of attending the Gillingham Careers Fair. George, our Managing Director, and Amelia, our Recruitment Administrator, were delighted to meet a wide range of inspiring individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the care sector.
What we did:
- Introduced Tiger Lily Care and the services we provide
- Spoke with attendees about the rewarding roles we offer, training opportunities and career progression
- Shared our company values and what we look for in a member of our team
This was Tiger Lily Care’s very first exhibition event and seeing all the hard work we put into the event in person was very special to our team. We’ll continue attending events like this to grow our team and raise awareness about the importance of careers in care.
